Трансністрія – зона окупації на Півдні України (1941–1944 рр.)

Abstract

Сучасний етап розвитку суспільного життя України визначається інтересом її громадян до недавнього минулого Української держави, особливо до такої трагічної та героїчної сторінки, як Друга світова війна. Її наслідки відчуваються й зараз. Нині, коли в Україні активно проходить процес переосмислення багатьох подій і фактів, особливого вивчення потребує доля людей, що опинилися за лінією фронту, на території, окупованій румунськими загарбниками. Об’єкт дослідження: губернаторство Трансністрія, як тимчасова окупаційна зона Румунського королівства під час Другої світової війни. Предмет дослідження: особливості політики румунського уряду на окупованій території Півдня України (1941–1944 рр.). Мета дипломної роботи полягає у визначені основних напрямків окупаційної політики в губернаторстві Трансністрія. Для досягнення поставленої мети в дипломній роботі ставляться такі завдання: з’ясувати стан наукового вивчення проблеми; дослідити ступінь репрезентативності та інформативності її джерельної бази; визначити методологічні основи роботи; проаналізувати сутність і характер румунського окупаційного режиму; виділити головні засади ідеологічної політики румунської влади. Аналіз адміністративно-територіального устрою та діяльності румунської влади дає можливість стверджувати, що румунська окупаційна влада розглядала територію Трансністрії як таку, що в майбутньому має увійти до складу Румунського Королівства. Ця ідея, реалізація якої відбувалася у прорумунському, антирадянському, антисемітському та релігійному напрямках, була покладена в основу ідеологічної діяльності адміністративного апарату. The current stage of development of public life of Ukraine is determined by the interest of its citizens to the recent past of the Ukrainian state, especially in such a tragic and heroic pages of the Second World War. Its consequences are felt even today. Now, when Ukraine is actively undergoing a process of rethinking many of the events and facts, special consideration should be given to the fate of people caught behind enemy lines, on the territory occupied by the Romanian invaders. Object of study: Transnistria governorate, as a temporary occupation zone of the Romanian Kingdom during the Second World War. Subject of research: peculiarities of the policy of the Romanian government in the occupied territory of Southern Ukraine (1941–1944). The aim of the thesis is to determine the main directions of the occupation policy in Transnistria governorate. To achieve this goal the thesis work aims at: to find out the status of scientific study, to investigate the degree of representativeness and in formativeness of its source base; to identify the methodological basis of work; to analyze the nature and character of the Romanian occupation regime; to identify the main principles of the ideological policy of the Romanian government. Analysis of the administrative-territorial structure and activities of the Romanian authorities allows asserting that the Romanian occupation authorities considered the territory of Transnistria, as such, which in the future should be part of the Romanian Kingdom. This idea, which occurred to priamurskogo, anti-Soviet, anti-Semitic and religious schools, was the basis for the ideological activities of the administrative apparatus.
