Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретико-методичним основам та практичним питання щодо підвищення ефективності операційної діяльності підприємства. В роботі удосконалено трактування сутності понять «операційний менеджмент» та «управління ефективністю» й узагальнено їх структуру. Досліджено та обґрунтовано методи оцінювання ефективності операційної діяльності підприємства. Розглянуто основні сучасні тенденції світового кондитерського ринку та молочної галузі. Наведено загальну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства та проведено аналіз його фінансового-господарської діяльності. Узагальнено результати дослідження та надано основні рекомендації з підвищення ефективності операційної діяльності підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління операційною діяльністю підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методологічні основи та практичні аспекти управління операційною діяльністю підприємства. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів проведеного дослідження полягає в поглибленні теоретичних засад управління ефективністю операційної діяльності підприємств та розробці заходів щодо її підвищення. The paper improves the interpretation of the essence of the concepts of "operational management" and "performance management" and generalizes their structure. Methods for evaluating the efficiency of the enterprise's operational activities are studied and substantiated. The main current trends in the global confectionery market and the dairy industry are considered. A general description of the enterprise under study is provided and an analysis of its financial and economic activities is carried out. The results of the study are summarized and the main recommendations for improving the efficiency of the enterprise's operating activities are provided. The object of research is the process of managing the operational activities of enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological foundations and practical aspects of managing the operational activities of an enterprise. The scientific novelty of the results of the study is to deepen the theoretical foundations of managing the efficiency of operational activities of enterprises and develop measures to improve it.
