Концепт ВЛАДА в англомовному політичному дискурсі ХХІ століття

Abstract

У магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі було досліджено англомовний політичний дискурсу ХХІ століття шляхом комплексного аналізу складників його текстового простору в лінгвокогнітивному та стилістичному аспектах. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена тим, що на сьогоднішній день можемо спостерігати за швидким розвитком подій на політичній арені Сполучених штатів Америки, де 45-й президент Дональд Трамп та теперішній президент – Джозеф Байден мають власне бачення світу, точки зору, які доносяться через засоби масової інформації, мають величезний вплив на політичний світ, економіку та культуру ХХІ столітті. Об’єкт дослідження: концепт ВЛАДА в англомовному політичному дискурсі ХХІ століття в промовах американських президентів Д. Трампа та Дж. Байдена. Предмет дослідження: лінгвостилістичні засоби актуалізації концепту ВЛАДА в англомовному політичному дискурсі ХХІ століття. Метою дослідження є визначення структурних елементів концепту ВЛАДА та здійснення аналізу мовних одиниць на позначення цього концепту. Для досягнення мети кваліфікаційної роботи було поставлено завдання: – визначення теоретичних засад дослідження понять «концепту» «політичний дискурс», «політична промова»; – вивчення типів лексичних одиниць та особливостей їх функціонування у політичному дискурсі; – дослідження теоретичних лінгвістичних засад концепту ВЛАДА у політичному дискурсі, у тому числі у політичній промові; – здійснення концептуального й лінгвостилістичного аналізу офіційних виступів, промов та дописів Д. Трампа та Дж. Байдена, зокрема у соціальних мережах. Структурно робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури, двох таблиць та чотирнадцяти рисунків. Має 88 (вісімдесят вісім) сторінок основного тексту. Робота містить наступні частини:  у першому розділі визначено поняттєвий та теоретичний апарат дослідження: розглянуто поняття концепту в лінгвістичній парадигмі; окреслено політичний дискурс та виявлено його стилістичні особливості написання; визначено поняття політична промова;  у другому розділі запропоновано комплексну методику аналізу англомовного політичного дискурсу ХХІ століття на матеріалі промов американських президентів Д. Трампа та Дж. Байдена;  третій розділ присвячено лінгвостилістичним засобам актуалізації концепту ВЛАДА в англомовному політичному дискурсі ХХІ століття, зокрема у промовах американських президентів Д. Трампа та Дж. Байдена. В роботі містяться 14 рисунки, ¬¬2 таблиць та 117 джерела. In the master's qualification work, the English-language political discourse of the 21st century was investigated through a comprehensive analysis of the components of its textual space in linguistic, cognitive and stylistic aspects. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that today we can observe the rapid development of events in the political arena of the United States of America, where the 45th president Donald Trump and the current president - Joseph Biden have their own vision of the world, points of view that are conveyed through the mass media, have a huge impact on the political world, economy and culture of the 21st century. The object of the research: the concept of POWER in the English-language political discourse of the 21st century in the speeches of the American presidents D. Trump and J. Biden. The subject of the study: linguistic stylistic means of actualizing the concept of POWER in the English-language political discourse of the 21st century. The purpose of the study is to determine the structural elements of the POWER concept and to analyze the linguistic units for the designation of this concept. To achieve the goal of the qualification work, the task was set: – determination of the theoretical foundations of the study of the concepts of "concept", "political discourse", "political speech"; – study of types of lexical units and features of their functioning in political discourse; – research of the theoretical linguistic foundations of the POWER concept in political discourse, including in political speech; – implementation of conceptual and linguistic stylistic analysis of official speeches, speeches and posts of D. Trump and J. Biden, in particular in social networks. Structurally, the work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of used literature, two tables and fourteen figures. It has 90 (ninety) pages of the main text. The work contains the following parts:  in the first chapter, the conceptual and theoretical apparatus of the research is defined: the concept of the concept in the linguistic paradigm is considered; the political discourse is outlined and its stylistic peculiarities of writing are revealed; the concept of political speech is defined;  in the second chapter, a complex methodology for the analysis of the English-language political discourse of the 21st century is proposed based on the material of the speeches of the American presidents D. Trump and J. Biden;  the third chapter is devoted to linguistic stylistic means of actualizing the concept of POWER in the English-language political discourse of the 21st century, in particular in the speeches of the American presidents D. Trump and J. Biden. The work contains 14 figures, ¬¬2 tables and 117 sources.
