Окремі питання регіонального розвитку України в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню окремих питань регіонального розвитку України в умовах воєнного стану. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. На початку роботи розглянуто загальні засади дослідження регіонального розвитку. Значна частина роботи присвячена аналізу організаційно-економічних аспектів регіонального розвитку України в умовах воєнного стану. Безпосередньо визначено вплив війни на ситуацію в регіонах України; проаналізовано функціонування консультативно-дорадчих органів влади у сфері регіонального розвитку як важливих суб’єктів публічного управління у контексті відновлення країни; окреслено особливості фінансування регіонального розвитку. Наприкінці роботи запропоновано напрями підвищення рівня розвитку регіонів України на сучасному етапі, у контексті посилення ефективності роботи державного фонду регіонального розвитку та агенцій регіонального розвитку та впровадження інноваційних підходів управління регіональним розвитком. The qualifying work is devoted to the study of certain issues of the regional development of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law. In the introduction the relevance and level of theme development are substantiated; the purpose and main tasks, object, subject and methods of research are determined; the scientific novelty is describes; the practical value of the obtained results of master’s work is established; the structure and scope of work are indicated. At the beginning of the work, the general aspects of regional development research are considered. The main part of the research is devoted to the analysis of organizational and economic aspects of the regional development of Ukraine under martial law. The influence of the war on the situation in the regions of Ukraine is determined. The functioning of consultative and advisory authorities in the field of regional development as important subjects of public administration in the context of the recovery of the country is analyzed. Features of regional development financing are outlined. At the end of the qualifying work, directions for increasing the level of development of the regions of Ukraine at the current stage are proposed. Attention is focused on strengthening the effectiveness activity of the state fund and regional development agencies, implementation of innovative approaches to regional development management.
