Особливості організації території фермерського господарства

Abstract

У дипломній роботі проаналізовано теоретико-методичні основи процесу розробки проєкту організації території фермерського господарства та проведено аналіз наукових досліджень і практичних кейсів, пов’язаних з організації території фермерського господарства. Досліджено землевпорядний проект як основу створення нових форм організації території та проаналізовано теоретичні основи відведення земельних ділянок. Автором розкрито основні відомості про об’єкт дослідження і зроблений аналіз господарської діяльності та режиму використання земельної ділянки об’єкту дослідження. Також проаналізовано та вивчено сучасний стан використання земель, існуючі обмеження та особливі умови використання земель, на підставі чого розроблені науково обґрунтовані проектні пропозиції і техніко-економічні обґрунтування використання та охорони земель. The thesis analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of developing a project for organizing the territory of a farm and analyzes scientific research and practical cases related to the organization of the territory of a farm. The land management project as the basis for creating new forms of territory organization is studied and the theoretical foundations of land allocation are analyzed. The author discloses the basic information about the object of study and analyzes the economic activity and the mode of use of the land plot of the object of study. The author also analyzes and studies the current state of land use, existing restrictions and special conditions of land use, on the basis of which scientifically sound project proposals and feasibility studies for land use and protection have been developed.
