Інноваційний менеджмент на підприємстві

Abstract

Ця бакалаврська робота присвячена вивченню та аналізу інноваційного менеджменту на підприємстві ТОВ "Метінвест". Метою дослідження є визначення ролі і значення інноваційного менеджменту на цьому підприємстві та розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності його інноваційної діяльності. У роботі проведений огляд теоретичних основ інноваційного менеджменту, включаючи сутність, сучасні концепції та моделі інноваційного менеджменту. Також досліджено роль і значення інноваційного менеджменту на підприємстві та його вплив на процеси розвитку та конкурентоспроможність. Для досягнення поставленої мети були використані різні методи дослідження, зокрема аналіз літератури, аналіз фінансової звітності та інноваційної активності підприємства. На основі проведеного дослідження зроблені висновки щодо існуючої інноваційної культури на підприємстві ТОВ "Метінвест" та розроблені рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності його інноваційного менеджменту. Пропонується розробити стратегію розвитку інноваційної діяльності, впровадження нових підходів та моделей, посилення співпраці зі зовнішніми стейкхолдерами та забезпечення міжфункціональної координації. This bachelor's work is devoted to the study and analysis of innovation management at Metinvest LLC. The purpose of the study is to determine the role and significance of innovation management at this enterprise and to develop recommendations for increasing the efficiency of its innovation activity. The paper provides an overview of the theoretical foundations of innovation management, including the essence, modern concepts and models of innovation management. The role and significance of innovative management at the enterprise and its impact on development processes and competitiveness are also investigated. To achieve the goal, various research methods were used, including literature analysis, analysis of financial statements and innovative activity of the enterprise. On the basis of the conducted research, conclusions were made regarding the existing innovative culture at the enterprise "Metinvest" LLC, and recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of its innovative management. It is proposed to develop a strategy for the development of innovative activities, the introduction of new approaches and models, strengthening cooperation with external stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional coordination.
