Прийняття управлінських рішень на основі контролю формування доходів від різних видів діяльності організації

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розглянуто особливості формування доходів підприємства, а також процес прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві. На прикладі ТОВ «Розетка. УА» здійснена оцінка управлінських рішень щодо управління доходами підприємства, а також визначені особливості процесу прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві щодо отримання доходів. На основі детального аналізу, визначені основні заходи з удосконалення прийняття управлінських рішень щодо збільшення доходів від різних видів діяльності підприємства, здійснений розрахунок економічної ефективності впроваджених заходів. The thesis examines peculiarities of the formation of the company's income, as well as the process of making managerial decisions at the company. On the example of LLC «Rosetka. UA» assessment of management decisions regarding the management of the company's income was carried out, as well as the features of the process of management decision-making at the company regarding the receipt of income were determined. On the basis of a detailed analysis, the main measures to improve management decision-making to increase income from various types of enterprise activities were determined, and the economic efficiency of the implemented measures was calculated.
