Удосконалення системи управління агропідприємством

Abstract

В роботі узагальнено теоретико-методичні основи та розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління агропідприємством. Розглянуто сутність та сучасну концепцію управління підприємством. Вивчено стратегічні підходи до управління підприємством. Визначено методичні аспекти оцінки та аналізу ефективності функціонування системи управління підприємством. Надано економічну характеристику підприємства ТОВ «Ерідон-Тех». За допомогою SWOT-аналізу визначено основні слабкі та сильні сторони, проведено аналіз зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, загрози та переваги закладу. Проведено SNW-аналіз для оцінки внутрішніх можливостей підприємства. Наведено узагальнення результатів дослідження та розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи управління. Визначено стратегії вдосконалення системи управління підприємством. Обґрунтовано доцільність реалізації запропонованих заходів. Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління аграрним підприємством ТОВ «Ерідон-Тех». Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи та практичні аспекти управління агропідприємством. The work summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations and developed recommendations for improving the management system of agribusiness. The essence and modern concept of enterprise management are considered. Strategic approaches to enterprise management have been studied. The methodical aspects of the assessment and analysis of the effectiveness of the enterprise management system are determined. The economic characteristics of the company Eridon-Tech LLC are provided. With the help of a SWOT analysis, the main weaknesses and strengths were determined, an analysis of the external and internal environment, threats and advantages of the institution was carried out. The SNW analysis was conducted to assess the internal capabilities of the enterprise. A generalization of the research results is presented and proposals for improving the management system are developed. Strategies for improving the enterprise management system have been determined. The expediency of implementing the proposed measures is substantiated. The object of the study is the management process of the agricultural enterprise Eridon-Tech LLC. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of agricultural enterprise management.
