Особливості прояву захисних стратегій поведінки дорослої людини

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено вивченню та експерементальному дослідженню проблемі захисних стратегій поведінки людини, щодо впливу цього феномену на ефективність управлінської праці дорослих осіб. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз і розкрито особливості наукових підходів до вивчення захисних стратегій людини. Визначено основні функції, задачі та форми прояву захисної поведінки як способу реагування на негативні дії. Акцентовано увагу на особистісні ресурси у підтримці оптимального рівня адаптації до несприятливих умов. Була розроблена психокорекційна та розвиваюча робота, спрямована на підвищення особистісної ефективності менеджерів в професійній сферах. Проаналізовано результати діагностики щодо прояву захисних стратегій поведінки людини. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо застосування різних вправ на подолання резильєнтності. Об’єктом дослідження виступають соціально-психологічні властивості захисних механізмів особистості. Предметом дослідження виступає структура соціально-психологічного процесу захисту. Наукова новизна полягає в розробленні теоретичних положень щодо прояву захисних стратегій поведінки на людину та обґрунтуванні рекомендацій щодо застосування різних практик на подолання резильєнтності. The qualification work is devoted to the study and experimental research of the problem of protective strategies of human behavior, the impact of this phenomenon on the effectiveness of managerial work of adults. The theoretical analysis is carried out and the peculiarities of scientific approaches to the study of human defense strategies are revealed. The main functions, tasks and forms of manifestation of protective behavior as a way of responding to negative actions are determined. Attention is focused on personal resources in maintaining the optimal level of adaptation to adverse conditions. Psycho-correctional and developmental work aimed at improving the personal effectiveness of managers in the professional sphere was developed. The results of diagnostics on the manifestation of protective strategies of human behavior are analyzed. Recommendations for the use of various exercises to overcome resistance are proposed. The object of the study is the socio-psychological properties of personality defense mechanisms. The subject of the study is the structure of the socio-psychological process of defense. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of theoretical provisions on the manifestation of protective behavioral strategies on a person and the substantiation of recommendations for the use of various practices to overcome resistance.
