Реалізація політики кадрової безпеки в державному управлінні

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню процесу реалізації політики кадрової безпеки в державному управлінні. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. На початку роботи розглянуто теоретичні засади дослідження процесу реалізації політики кадрової безпеки в державному управлінні. Здійснено аналіз теоретичних засад дослідження процесу реалізації політики кадрової безпеки в державному управлінні, розкрито стан реалізації політики кадрової безпеки в державному управлінні в Україні та світі, обґрунтовано шляхи удосконалення реалізації політики кадрової безпеки в державному управлінні. Магістерське дослідження має завершений вигляді, містить висновки та пропозиції, до яких автор прийшов самостійно. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of implementing the personnel security policy in the state administration. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of elaboration of the chosen topic; the purpose and main tasks, object, subject and research methods are determined; scientific novelty is described; the practical significance of the obtained results is established; the structure and scope of work are indicated. At the beginning of the work, the theoretical principles of the study of the process of implementing the personnel security policy in the state administration are considered. An analysis of the theoretical foundations of the process of implementing the personnel security policy in the state administration was carried out, the state of the implementation of the personnel security policy in the state administration in Ukraine and the world was revealed, and the ways of improving the implementation of the personnel security policy in the state administration were substantiated. The master's research has a completed form, contains conclusions and proposals, which the author came to independently.
