Реалізація адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні в умовах діджиталізації

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретичних аспектів реалізації адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні в умовах діджиталізації. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. На початку роботи розглянуто сутність та особливості реалізації адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні, розкрито роль інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в організації системи реалізації адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні; проаналізовано засади реалізації шляхів здійснення адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні в умовах функціонування системи електронного урядування. Друга частина роботи присвячена визначеню сучасного стану та пріоритетним засадам реалізації адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні; розкрито формування шляхів підвищення результативності системи реалізації адміністративних послуг в державному управлінні. The second part of the work is devoted to determining the current state and priority principles of implementation of administrative services in state administration; the formation of ways to increase the effectiveness of the system of implementation of administrative services in the state administration is revealed.
