Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретикометодологічних засад, розкриттю ефективних інструментів та розробці рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи системи мотивації персоналу підприємства. Розкрито сутність, види, теорії мотивації персоналу. Вивчено роль мотивації персоналу в системі управління підприємством. Розглянуто методологічні засади дослідження мотивації персоналу підприємства. Наведено загальну характеристику підприємства. Проведено аналіз динаміки, структури персоналу та оцінка ефективності управління ним. Проаналізовано стан та оцінити ефективність системи мотивації персоналу в системі. Виділено фактори розвитку системи мотивації працівників підприємства. Розроблено структурну систему розробки ефективного механізму мотивації персоналу підприємства. Розраховано ефективність функціонування механізмів мотивації працівників підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес мотивації персоналу підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади та практичні аспекти мотивації персоналу підприємства.
