Методи космічного знімання та ГІС-технології в землеустрої

Abstract

В роботі обґрунтовано необхідність використання сучасних методів космічного знімання та ГІС-технологій у сфері землеустрою, проаналізовано ключові проблеми у землекористуванні, зумовлені воєнним станом, проаналізувати детально сенс кадастрових файлів обміну та типи форматів, які вони використовують. Визначено та описано основні методи дистанційного зондування, а також розглянуто принципи та технології використання ГІС; особлива увага приділена інтеграції методів дистанційного зондування та ГІС-технологій у практику землеустрою. Представлені результати аналітичних досліджень кадастрових файлів обміну; здійснено оцінку ефективності та визначено можливості вдосконалення кадастрових файлів для оптимізації земельного обміну; розібрані стан кадастрових файлів, їх роль у земельному обміні та аналіз використання стандартів обміну геоданими. The work substantiates the necessity of using modern methods of space surveying and GIS technologies in the field of land management, analyzes the key problems in land use caused by the state of war, analyzes in detail the meaning of cadastral exchange files and the types of formats they use. The main methods of remote sensing are defined and described, as well as the principles and technologies of GIS use are considered; special attention is paid to the integration of remote sensing methods and GIS technologies into the practice of land management. Results of analytical studies of cadastral exchange files are presented; an assessment of efficiency was carried out and opportunities for improvement of cadastral files to optimize land exchange were determined; analyzed the status of cadastral files, their role in land exchange and analysis of the use of geodata exchange standards.
