Шляхи удосконалення процесу надання соціальних послуг на деокупованих територіях

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню шляхів удосконалення процесу надання соцальних послуг на деокупованих територіях. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. Розкрито зміст основних понять дослідження і категоріального апарату соціальної роботи, розглянуто нормативно-правове забезпечення. Основна частина роботи присвячена аналізу процесу надання соціальних послуг та шляхів їх удосконалення. Описано принципи надання соціальної допомоги на деокупованих територіях. Запропоновано варіанти поліпшення та удосконалення соціальної роботи які були сформовані згідно до аналізу роботи соціальних та гуманітарних установ, що впроваджують свої активності на деокупованих територіях. Сформульовано напрями удосконалення надання соціальних послуг, на основі визначення проблем і можливих ризиків з якими зустрічаються мешканці деокупованих територі, а також обґрунтування необхідності впровадження сучасних інструментів адаптованих до реалій сьогодення. The qualification work is devoted to the study of ways to improve the process of providing social services in the de-occupied territories. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of development of the chosen topic; defines the purpose and main objectives, object, subject and methods of the study; describes the scientific novelty; establishes the practical significance of the results; indicates the structure and scope of the work. At the beginning of the paper, the content of the main concepts of the study in the categorical apparatus of social work is revealed, and the regulatory and legal framework is considered. The main part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the process of providing social services and ways to improve them. The principles of providing social assistance in the de-occupied territories are described. Options for improving social work are proposed, which were formed based on the analysis of the work of social and humanitarian institutions that implement their activities in the de-occupied territories. At the end of the paper, the author formulates directions for improving the provision of social services based on the identification of problems and possible risks faced by residents of the de-occupied territories, as well as the justification for the need to introduce modern tools adapted to the realities of today.
