Abstract

Тема дослідження «Інформаційна війна Другої світової та російсько- української воєн: порівняльний аналіз» є надзвичайно актуальною в сучасному світі, де інформаційна війна стає все більш важливим аспектом сучасної війни. Праця має на меті порівняти тактику інформаційної боротьби, яка застосовувалася під час Другої світової та російсько-української війн, а також проаналізувати схожість та відмінність між ними. Об’єктом дослідження є інформаційні війни та такі її складові як пропаганда, дезінформація, фейкові новини та інші методи маніпуляції, які відбулися під час Другої світової та російсько-української війн. Предметом дослідження є інформаційні війни Другої світової та російсько- української війн (порівняльний аналіз). Метою дипломної роботи є порівняння тактик інформаційної війни, які використовувалися в цих двох великих війнах, здійснення аналізу подібностей та відмінностей між ними. Дослідження має на меті надати уявлення про еволюцію інформаційної війни та про те, як вона використовувалася в різних контекстах. Для реалізації поставленої мети сформульовано такі завдання: - визначити стан наукової розробки проблеми; - проаналізувати вплив пропаганди та інформаційних кампаній на хід та результати Другої світової війни; - описати специфіку та особливості інформаційної війни в контексті війни між росією та Україною; - розкрити вплив фейкових новин, дезінформації та кібератак на війну та громадянське суспільство обох країн; - систематизувати схожості та відмінності між інформаційними війнами різних періодів (Друга світова та російсько-українська війни); - зробити висновки щодо можливих шляхів запобігання або мінімізації наслідків інформаційних війн у сучасному світі. Провівши комплексне дослідження теми інформаційних воєн у Другій світовій та російсько-українській війнах, можна зробити висновок, що інформаційні війни відіграли значну роль у формуванні результатів цих конфліктів. І Друга світова війна, і російсько-українська війна демонструють використання різноманітних тактик інформаційної війни, зокрема пропаганди, дезінформаційних кампаній, психологічних операцій та кібератак тощо. Порівняльний аналіз тактик інформаційної війни, які використовуються в цих конфліктах, виявляє як схожість, так і відмінності. The research topic "Information warfare of the Second World War and the Russian- Ukrainian wars: a comparative analysis" is extremely relevant in the modern world, where information warfare is becoming an increasingly important aspect of modern warfare. The aim of the work is to compare the tactics of information warfare, which were used during the Second World War and the Russian-Ukrainian wars, as well as to analyze the similarities and differences between them. The object of the research is the information wars that took place during the Second World War and the Russian-Ukrainian wars. Historical events and conflicts are often accompanied by a struggle for power over information, particularly through propaganda, disinformation, fake news, and other methods of manipulation. The subject of the study is to study the tactics of information warfare in two significant conflicts - the Second World War and the Russian-Ukrainian war, as well as to compare and contrast them. The study aims to analyze the similarities and differences between the information warfare tactics used in these conflicts and gain insight into the evolution of information warfare and how it has been used in different contexts. The aim of the thesis is to compare the information warfare tactics used in these two major conflicts, to analyze the similarities and differences between them. The study aims to provide insight into the evolution of information warfare and how it has been used in different contexts. To realize the set goal, the following tasks have been formulated: – determine the state of scientific development of the problem; – to analyze the influence of propaganda and information campaigns on the course and results of the Second World War. – describe the specifics and features of the information war in the context of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. – to analyze the impact of fake news, disinformation and cyber attacks on the conflict and on the civil society of both countries. – analyze the similarities and differences between information wars of different periods (World War II and the Russian-Ukrainian war) – draw conclusions about possible ways to prevent or minimize the consequences of information wars in the modern world. Having conducted a comprehensive study of the topic of information wars in the Second World War and the Russian-Ukrainian wars, we can conclude that information wars played a significant role in shaping the results of these conflicts. Both the Second World War and the Russo-Ukrainian War demonstrate the use of various tactics of information warfare, including propaganda, disinformation campaigns, psychological operations and cyber attacks, etc. A comparative analysis of information warfare tactics used in these conflicts reveals both similarities and differences.
