Трудова зайнятість сучасних студентів українських ЗВО під час навчання

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено вивченню трудової зайнятості студентів денної форми навчання в сучасних умовах України. Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей трудової зайнятості студентів українських закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) під час навчання. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена зростаючими вимогами роботодавців щодо практичного досвіду та здатності молодих спеціалістів застосовувати свої знання на практиці. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження трудової зайнятості студентів. Зокрема, визначено, що студенти як соціальна група мають унікальні психофізичні, економічні та соціальні характеристики, які впливають на їхню трудову діяльність. Другий розділ присвячено мотивам трудової зайнятості студентів. Основними причинами, що спонукають студентів працювати, є бажання отримати додаткові кошти, фінансова незалежність та подолання складного фінансового стану сім’ї. Водночас поєднання роботи та навчання створює певні проблеми, такі як стрес, перевтома та зниження академічних досягнень. У третьому розділі наведено результати емпіричного дослідження, проведеного серед студентів Чорноморського національного університету імені Петра Могили. Виявлено, що значна частина студентів поєднує навчання з роботою через потребу в додаткових фінансових ресурсах та бажання здобути професійний досвід. Проте, така зайнятість часто негативно впливає на їхню академічну успішність та загальний стан здоров'я. Практичне значення роботи полягає в можливості використання її результатів для розробки ефективних стратегій підтримки студентів у здобутті якісної освіти та успішній інтеграції на ринок праці в умовах сучасної України. The qualification work is devoted to the study of labour employment of full-time students in modern conditions of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of labour employment of students of Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs) during their studies. The relevance of the study is due to the growing demands of employers for practical experience and the ability of young professionals to apply their knowledge in practice. The first section discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of student employment. In particular, it is determined that students as a social group have unique psychophysical, economic and social characteristics that affect their labour activity. The second section is devoted to the motives for student employment. The main reasons that motivate students to work are the desire to earn extra money, financial independence and overcoming the difficult financial situation of their families. At the same time, combining work and study creates certain problems, such as stress, overwork, and lower academic achievements. The third section presents the results of an empirical study conducted among students of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. It has been found that a significant number of students combine their studies with work due to the need for additional financial resources and the desire to gain professional experience. However, such employment often has a negative impact on their academic performance and overall health. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using its results to develop effective strategies to support students in obtaining quality education and successful integration into the labour market in modern Ukraine
