Роль засобів масової інформації в адвокації прав людини

Abstract

Ця робота присвячена темі адвокації прав людини, ролі засобів масової інформації у захисті основоположних свобод людини і громадянина. Висвітлено теоретичні основи поняття адвокації та ефективності засобів масової інформації, а також практичний аспект впливу журналістського фаху на сферу адвокації. Окрім цього, детально проаналізовано методи впливу засобів масової комунікації на громадську думку у сфері порушень прав людини та громадянина. У рамках роботи ретельно досліджено роль та характер впливу масових комунікаційних засобів на процеси захисту прав людини. Було досліджено стан адвокації прав людини в сучасному світі ти роль мас-медіа у цьому контексті. Крім того робота має важливий практичний аспект, оскільки були досягнуто мету висвітлити погляд журналістів-практиків миколаївського регіону на питання захисту прав людини у їх роботі. Brief content of the work: This work is devoted to the topic of human rights advocacy, the role of the mass media in protecting the fundamental freedoms of a person and a citizen. The theoretical foundations of the concept of advocacy and the effectiveness of mass media, as well as the practical aspect of the influence of journalism on the field of advocacy, are highlighted. In addition, methods of mass communication influence on public opinion in the field of violations of human and citizen rights are analyzed in detail. As part of the work, the role and nature of the influence of mass communication media on the processes of human rights protection have been thoroughly investigated. The state of human rights advocacy in the modern world and the role of mass media in this context were investigated. In addition, the work has an important practical aspect, as the goal of highlighting the view of practicing journalists of the Mykolaiv region on the issue of human rights protection in their work was achieved.
