Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню та обґрунтуванню теоретико-методологічних засад дослідження інституту президента України. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність та рівень розробки теми; окреслено мету та основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; зазначено структуру та обсяг роботи. На початку роботи зроблена детальна характеристика історичних етапів становлення та розвитку Інституту Президента України. Розкрито основні функції та повноваження Президента України. Основна частина дослідження присвячена розгляду та визначенню правового статусу Офісу Президента, та інших структур та служб при Президентові України. Також досліджено процес оптимізації апарату Президента України в процесі взаємодії з гілками влади та громадськістю; Наприкінці роботи наведені перспективи та можливі шляхи модернізації інституту Президента України з врахування міжнародного досвіду. The qualification work is dedicated to the research and substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the research of the Institute of the President of Ukraine. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of development of the topic; the purpose and main tasks, object, subject and research methods are outlined; the structure and scope of work are indicated. At the beginning of the work, a detailed description of the historical stages of the establishment and development of the Institute of the President of Ukraine was made. The main functions and powers of the President of Ukraine are disclosed. The main part of the study is devoted to the consideration and determination of the legal status of the Office of the President and other structures and services under the President of Ukraine. The process of optimizing the office of the President of Ukraine in the process of interaction with branches of government and the public was also investigated; At the end of the work, perspectives and possible ways of modernizing the Institute of the President of Ukraine, taking into account international experience, are given.
