Специфіка емпатії медичних працівників

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретико-методологічних основ вивчення емпатії та розробці рекомендацій щодо розвитку емпатичних здібностей працівників медичної сфери. Визначено основні підходи до вивчення феномену емпатії в контексті сучасної психологічної науки. Проаналізовано психологічні особливості перебігу емпатійного переживання, його форми та види. Вивчено прояв емпатії у професійній діяльності Розроблено процедуру дослідження рівня емпатії та емоційного інтелекту медичних працівників. Проведено емпіричне дослідження з подальшим аналізом результатів. Створено рекомендаційну тренінгову програму щодо розвитку емпатії та емоційного інтелекту медичних працівників. Узагальнено результати дослідження та напрями удосконалення роботи з емоційною сферою робітників медичної сфери. Об’єктом дослідження виступає емпатія як феномен емоційної сфери особистості. Предметом дослідження є специфіка емпатії медичних працівників Наукова новизна полягає в розробці теоретичних положень та обґрунтуванні рекомендацій щодо розвитку емпатії та емоційного інтелекту медичних працівників. This qualification work is dedicated to summarizing the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying empathy and developing recommendations for the development of empathic abilities among healthcare workers. The main approaches to studying the phenomenon of empathy in the context of modern psychological science have been identified. Psychological characteristics of the course of empathetic experiences, their forms, and types have been analyzed. The manifestations of empathy in professional activity have been studied. A procedure for studying the level of empathy and emotional intelligence of healthcare workers has been developed. An empirical study was conducted, followed by an analysis of the results. A recommendation training program for the development of empathy and emotional intelligence of healthcare workers has been created. The results of the study and directions for improving work with the emotional sphere of healthcare workers have been summarized. The object of the research is empathy as a phenomenon of the emotional sphere of personality. The subject of the research is the specifics of empathy in healthcare workers. The scientific novelty lies in the development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of recommendations for the development of empathy and emotional intelligence of healthcare workers.
