Психологічні засади мотивації професійного розвитку осіб з ПТСР

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню мотивації професійного розвитку осіб з ПТСР та рівня їх саморегуляції. У роботі проаналізована проблема мотивації у психолого-педагогічній літературі та визначені особливості ПТСР як соціальної проблеми. Описано організацію та результати емпіричного дослідження мотивації професійного розвитку осіб з ПТСР, а також проведено формувальний експеримент з метою вдосконалення мотивації цих осіб. Об’єктом дослідження є мотивація осіб з ПТСР. Предметом дослідження є психологічні засади мотивації професійного розвитку осіб з ПТСР. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в розробці програми вдосконалення мотивації професійного розвитку осіб з ПТСР, що включає визначення та корекцію властивостей, які потребують розвитку. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the motivation of professional development of persons with PTSD and their level of self-regulation. The paper analyzes the problem of motivation in the psychological and pedagogical literature and identifies the specifics of PTSD as a social problem. The organization and results of an empirical study of the motivation of professional development of persons with PTSD are described, as well as a formative experiment was conducted with the aim of improving the motivation of these persons. The object of the study is the motivation of people with PTSD. The subject of the study is the psychological basis of motivation for the professional development of persons with PTSD. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the development of a program for improving the motivation of professional development of persons with PTSD, which includes the definition and correction of properties that need development.
