Інтелектуальна система аналізу даних LMS Moodle для моніторингу навчального процесу в університеті

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра спрямована на розробку та здійснення програмної реалізації системи – плагіну LMS Moodle, для моніторингу навчального процесу в університеті з вбудованими алгоритмами інтелектуального аналізу даних. Що є актуальним в умовах цифровізації сфери вищої освіти, яка супроводжується накопичення великих обсягів інформації стосовно освітніх процесів. Оскільки застосування методів та алгоритмів Data Mining дозволяє оперативно отримувати інформацію про хід навчального процесу та видобувати знання, які є критично важливими для прийняття рішень у освітній сфері. Об'єкт роботи – процес аналізу та моніторингу підготовки фахівців у закладах вищої освіти на базі платформ електронного навчання. Предмет роботи – програмні засоби, методи та алгоритми інтелектуального аналізу даних LMS Moodle для моніторингу навчального процесу. Мета роботи – підвищення ефективності моніторингу навчального процесу в університеті шляхом розробки плагіну LMS-системи Moodle з вбудованими алгоритмами інтелектуального аналізу даних. Структура кваліфікаційної роботи включає фахову та спеціальну частину з охорони праці. Фахова частина включає вступ, три розділи, висновки та додатки. У першому розділі розкрито теоретичні засади моніторингу навчального процесу в університеті на базі LMS Moodle. У другому розділі обґрунтовано вибір засобів розробки плагіну для аналізу даних Moodle. У третьому розділі описано моделювання, проєктування, програмну реалізацію та тестування інтелектуальної системи для моніторингу навчального процесу в університеті. Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота містить 82 сторінки (без додатків), 37 рисунків, 3 таблиці, 40 джерел та 3 додатки. What is relevant in the conditions of digitization of the sphere of higher education, which is accompanied by the accumulation of large volumes of information about educational processes. Since the application of Data Mining methods and algorithms allows you to quickly obtain information about the course of the educational process and extract knowledge that is critically important for decision-making in the educational field. Object of work – the process of analyzing and monitoring the training of specialists in higher education institutions based on e-learning platforms. Subject of work – software tools, methods and algorithms for intellectual analysis of LMS Moodle data for monitoring the educational process. The purpose of this work is to increasing the effectiveness of monitoring the educational process at the university by developing a plugin for the LMS Moodle system with built-in algorithms for Data Mining. The structure of the bachelor's work includes a professional and special part on labor protection. The professional part includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and appendices. The first chapter reveals the theoretical principles of monitoring the educational process at the university based on LMS Moodle. The second section substantiates the choice of tools for the development of a Moodle data analysis plugin. The third chapter describe the modeling, design, software implementation and testing of an intelligent system for monitoring the educational process at the university. The bachelor qualification work contains 82 pages (without appendices), 37 figures, 3 tables, 40 sources and 3 appendices.
