Антикризові засади управління діяльністю підприємства

Abstract

У роботі охарактеризовано теоретичні засади антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства і ключові методичні основи до оцінки й аналізу якості антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства. У результаті емпіричного аналізу представлено комплексне уявлення про стан виробничо-господарської діяльності кондитерських підприємств корпорації «ROSHEN» за 2021-2023 рр., а також була наведена актуальна оцінка ризику (ймовірності) їх банкрутства. У роботі обґрунтовано напрями й заходи з удосконалення системи антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства, а також обґрунтовано вибір і формування антикризової стратегії управління діяльністю кондитерського підприємства на основі узагальнення отриманих результатів проведеного дослідження. Об’єктом дослідження – є система антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства. Відповідно, предметом дослідження – є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти оцінки і аналізу ефективності антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів роботи полягає в удосконаленні практичного підходу до вибору і формування антикризової стратегії управління діяльністю кондитерських підприємств України в залежності від їх поточного фінансового стану, наявних проблем кризового характеру й актуального ризику банкрутства. Практичне значення отриманих результатів дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні напрямів й заходів антикризового управління, які на практиці мають гарантувати підприємству як утримання стійкого фінансового стану, так і недопущення зростання ризику його банкрутства у тривалій перспективі. The work characterizes the theoretical foundations of anti-crisis management of the enterprise’s activity and the methodological bases for assessing and analyzing the quality of the anti-crisis management of the enterprise’s activity. As a result of the empirical analysis, a comprehensive view of the condition of production & economic activity of confectionery factories of the "ROSHEN" Сorporation for 2021-2023 is presented. An appropriate assessment of the risk (probability) of their bankruptcy as of the beginning of 2024 year was also given. The work substantiates directions and measures for improving the anti-crisis management system of enterprise’s activity. Also, the work substantiates the choice and formation of an anti-crisis managament strategy of confectionery enterprise’s activity, based on the generalization of results of the conducted research. The object of the research is the anti-crisis management system of enterprise. In accordance, the subject of the research is the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of the anti-crisis management of enterprise’s activity. The scientific novelty of the obtained work results lies in the improvement of a practical approach to the selection and formation of anti-crisis managament strategy of Ukrainian confectionery enterprise’s activity, depending on their current financial condition, existing problems of a crisis nature and on the actual bankruptcy risk. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the justification of directions and measures of anti-crisis management, which should in practice guarantee to enterprise the maintenance of a stable financial condition and the prevention of the bankruptcy risk growing in the long term.
