Управління процесом формування позитивного іміджу керівника сучасної освітньої установи

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню основних принципів та змісту роботи щодо управління процесом формування позитивного іміджу керівника сучасної освітньої установи. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність та рівень розробки теми; окреслено мету та основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення отриманих результатів магістерської роботи; вказано апробацію результатів дослідження; зазначено структуру та обсяг роботи. На початку роботи розкрито теоретичні засади дослідження іміджу керівника як важливої складової та передумови формування іміджу освітньої установи в цілому. Основна частина дослідження розкриває теоретичні основи дослідження іміджу керівника, подає ґрунтовний аналіз передумов формування такого іміджу, його видів та особливостей, визначає особливості різних аспектів формування іміджу в сучасних освітній установах. Наприкінці роботи автор наголошує, що формування позитивного іміджу освітньої установи обумовлюється здатністю педагогічного колективу виявляти потреби та очікування конкретних соціальних груп, зацікавлених у наданні освітніх послуг, та вмінням організовувати свою діяльність з урахуванням цих потреб та очікувань. Важливу роль відіграє те, наскільки педагогічний колектив та її керівник володіють методами і прийомами формування іміджу. Автором запропоновано шляхи проведення професійної корекції групи керівників та групи співробітників з підвищення ефективності діяльності. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the basic principles and content of the work on managing the process of forming a positive image of the head of a modern educational institution. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of development of the topic; outlines the goal and main tasks, object, subject and methods of research; describes the scientific novelty; establishes the practical significance of the results of the master's thesis; indicates the approbation of the research results; indicates the structure and scope of the work. At the beginning of the work, the theoretical principles of studying the image of the head as an important component and prerequisite for forming the image of an educational institution as a whole are revealed. The main part of the study reveals the theoretical foundations of the study of the image of the leader, provides a thorough analysis of the prerequisites for the formation of such an image, its types and features, determines the features of various aspects of image formation in modern educational institutions. At the end of the work, the author emphasizes that the formation of a positive image of an educational institution is determined by the ability of the teaching staff to identify the needs and expectations of specific social groups interested in the provision of educational services, and the ability to organize their activities taking into account these needs and expectations. An important role is played by the extent to which the teaching staff and its leader possess the methods and techniques of image formation. The author suggests ways to conduct professional correction of a group of leaders and a group of employees to increase the effectiveness of their activities.
