Розвиток професійної культури майбутніх психологів в умовах закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Роботу присвячено питанням розвитку професійної культури майбутніх психологів в умовах закладу вищої освіти. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз сучасних психологічних проблем пов’язаних із питаннями навчання, виховання та освіти сучасних студентів – майбутніх психолоів. Досліджуючи психологічні особливості розвитку професійної культури майбутніх психологів в умовах закладу вищої освіти узагальнено основні методики. За допомогою відібраних методик здійснено аналіз результатів дослідження. Розроблено авторську корекційну програму розвитку професійної культури майбутніх психологів в умовах закладу вищої освіти. За результатами експерименту засвідчено ефективність вказаної програми. Після апробації програми отримали наступні результати емпіричного дослідження за допомогою різноманітних експериментальних методик: у переважній більшості осіб властиві високі рівні розвитку мотиваційного компонента, а саме корекційна програма позитивно вплинула на результати ціннісно-мотиваційного, когнітивного та поведінкового компонента. Також, узагальнюючи результати респондентів за основними типами, тренінгова програма виявила позитивний вплив на духовне, психологічне та соціальне здоров’я та потребує доопрацювання для отримання значущих результатів за іншими шкалами. The work is devoted to the development of the professional culture of future psychologists in the conditions of a higher education institution. A theoretical analysis of modern psychological problems related to the issues of training, upbringing and education of modern students - future psychologists - was carried out. Investigating the psychological features of the development of the professional culture of future psychologists in the conditions of a higher education institution, the main methods are summarized. With the help of selected methods, the analysis of the research results was carried out. The author's corrective program for the development of the professional culture of future psychologists in the conditions of a higher education institution has been developed. According to the results of the experiment, the effectiveness of the specified program was proven. After the approbation of the program, the following results of empirical research using various experimental methods were obtained: the vast majority of people have high levels of development of the motivational component, namely, the correctional program had a positive effect on the results of the value-motivational, cognitive and behavioral component. Also, summarizing the results of the respondents according to the main types, the training program revealed a positive effect on spiritual, psychological and social health and needs to be refined to obtain significant results on other scales.
