Психологічні особливості переживання самотності матерями дорослих дітей

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методологічних засад психологічних особливостей переживання самотності матерями дорослих дітей. Об’єкт дослідження: самотність як психологічний феномен. Предмет дослідження: особливості переживання самотності матерями дорослих дітей. У першому розділі роботи розкрито психологічні особливості феномену самотності, окреслено фактори, які його зумовлюють, охарактеризовано психологічні прояви самотності у матерів дорослих дітей. У другому розділі представлено результати емпіричного вивчення проблеми самотності матерів дітей, які досягли повноліття: описано методики дослідження та проаналізовано їхні результати. У третьому розділі запропоновано психокорекційну тренінгову програму, спрямовану на розвиток самодостатньості матерів дорослих дітей, які переживають самотність, та здійснено оцінку її ефективності. Наукова новизна дослідження: розширено наукові знання про психологічні особливості переживання самотності; набули подальшого розвитку наукові розвідки щодо переживання самотності матерями дорослих дітей. Теоретичні результати роботи можуть використовуватися для підготовки навчально-методичного забезпечення курсів з сімейної та вікової психології, при фаховій підготовці чи підвищенні кваліфікації психологів. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of the psychological characteristics of the experience of loneliness by mothers of adult children. Object of research: loneliness as a psychological phenomenon. The subject of the study: peculiarities of loneliness experience by mothers of adult children. The first section of the paper reveals the psychological features of the phenomenon of loneliness, outlines the factors that determine it, characterizes the psychological manifestations of loneliness in mothers of adult children. The second section presents the results of an empirical study of the problem of loneliness of mothers of children who have reached the age of majority: the research methods are described and their results are analyzed. The third section proposes a psycho-correctional training program aimed at developing the self-sufficiency of mothers of adult children experiencing loneliness and evaluates its effectiveness. Scientific novelty of the study: scientific knowledge about the psychological characteristics of the experience of loneliness has been expanded; scientific research on the experience of loneliness by mothers of adult children has been further developed. The theoretical results of the work can be used to prepare educational and methodological support for courses in family and age psychology, in the professional training or advanced training of psychologists.
