Особливості емоційної сфери жінок у нових стосунках після досвіду зради

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено актуальну проблему впливу досвіду зради на емоційну сферу жінок, які вступають у нові стосунки. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз основних підходів до вивчення емоційної сфери в сучасній психології, визначено її роль у формуванні поведінки та міжособистісних взаємин. Особливу увагу приділено впливу травмуючих відносин, зокрема зради, на емоційний стан жінок, а також розкрито ключові емоційні переживання їх вплив на побудову нових стосунків. Емпірична частина роботи досліджує особливості емоційної сфери жінок після зради за допомогою психодіагностичних методик, зокрема шкал тривоги Спілбергера, депресії Бека та оцінки емоційного інтелекту, що забезпечило об’єктивність отриманих даних. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено корекційно-розвивальну програму для формування емоційної зрілості, підвищення самооцінки та зниження тривожності у жінок, які пережили зраду. Вона поєднує елементи емоційної терапії, розвитку емоційного інтелекту та когнітивно-поведінкової терапії, ефективність якої підтверджено емпіричним дослідженням. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості застосування розробленої програми психологами, психотерапевтами та іншими фахівцями, які працюють із жінками, що пережили складні життєві ситуації, зокрема зраду. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для підготовки лекційних матеріалів, тренінгів, семінарів та консультацій. The qualification work highlights the topical issue of the impact of the experience of betrayal on the emotional sphere of women entering into new relationships. The thesis provides a theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the study of the emotional sphere in modern psychology, identifies its role in shaping behavior and interpersonal relationships. Particular attention is paid to the impact of traumatic relationships, in particular betrayal, on the emotional state of women, and the key emotional experiences and their impact on building new relationships are revealed. The empirical part of the paper explores the peculiarities of the emotional sphere of women after infidelity using psychodiagnostic techniques, in particular, Spielberger's anxiety scales, Beck's depression and emotional intelligence assessment, which ensured the objectivity of the data obtained. Based on the results obtained, a correctional and developmental program was developed to build emotional maturity, increase self-esteem, and reduce anxiety in women who have experienced betrayal. It combines elements of emotional therapy, emotional intelligence development, and cognitive behavioral therapy, the effectiveness of which has been confirmed by empirical research. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the developed program by psychologists, psychotherapists and other professionals working with women who have experienced difficult life situations, including infidelity. The results of the study can be used to prepare lecture materials, trainings, seminars and consultations.
