Особливості розробки проєкту землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки у постійне користування

Abstract

У роботі досліджено особливості розробки проєкту землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки у постійне користування Управління житлово-комунального господарства Первомайської міської ради для обслуговування Меморіального комплексу «Сквер Перемоги», а також теоретичні засади розвитку землеустрою, обґрунтувано нормативно-правове забезпечення розвитку містобудівного землекористуваня. Визначено організаційне забезпечення проєктного рішення щодо відведення земельної ділянки у постійне користування Управління житлово-комунального господарства. Розкрито механізм формування проєкту землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки у постійне користування Управління житлово-комунального господарства Первомайської міської ради для обслуговування Меморіального комплексу «Сквер Перемоги» м.Первомайськ. This work explores the peculiarities of developing a land management project for the allocation of a land plot for permanent use by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Pervomaisk City Council for the maintenance of the Memorial Complex "Victory Square." The paper also examines the theoretical foundations of land management development and substantiates the regulatory and legal framework for the advancement of urban land use planning. The organizational aspects of the project decision regarding the allocation of land for permanent use by the Department of Housing and Communal Services are identified. The mechanism for forming the land management project for the allocation of the land plot for permanent use by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Pervomaisk City Council for the maintenance of the Memorial Complex "Victory Square" in the city of Pervomaisk is detailed.
