Роль емпатії у побудові здорових міжособистісних стосунків

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному аналізу та емпіричному дослідженню феномену емпатії як важливого чинника формування здорових міжособистісних взаємин. Досліджено теоретичні засади та емпіричні особливості впливу емпатії на формування здорових міжособистісних стосунків. Розглянуто поняття, структуру, механізми розвитку емпатії та її вплив на якість соціальної взаємодії. Емпірично досліджено рівень розвитку емпатії у підлітків та його вплив на характер міжособистісної взаємодії. Розроблено практичні рекомендації для розвитку емпатії та покращення міжособистісної взаємодії. Об’єктом дослідження виступає емпатія як здатність розуміти емоційний стан іншої людини. Наукова новизна кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в поглибленому аналізі емпатії як ключового чинника формування здорових міжособистісних взаємин у підлітковому віці та в емпіричному підтвердженні її впливу на характер соціальної взаємодії. The qualification work is devoted to the theoretical analysis and empirical research of the phenomenon of empathy as an important factor in the formation of healthy interpersonal relationships. The theoretical foundations and empirical features of the influence of empathy on the formation of healthy interpersonal relationships are studied. The concept, structure, mechanisms of empathy development and its impact on the quality of social interaction are considered. The level of empathy development in adolescents and its impact on the nature of interpersonal interaction are empirically studied. Practical recommendations for the development of empathy and improvement of interpersonal interaction have been developed. The object of the study is empathy as the ability to understand the emotional state of another person. The scientific novelty of the qualification work lies in the in-depth analysis of empathy as a key factor in the formation of healthy interpersonal relationships in adolescence and in the empirical confirmation of its influence on the nature of social interaction.
