Емоційний інтелект як чинник соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному аналізу та емпіричному дослідженню впливу емоційного інтелекту на соціально-психологічну адаптацію здобувачів освіти професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти в навчальному середовищі. Теоретично проаналізовано поняття та концепції емоційного інтелекту та соціально-психологічної адаптації в сучасній науці. Виокремлено структурні складові емоційного інтелекту. З’ясовано механізми та чинники соціально-психологічної адаптації. Вивчено взаємозв’язок емоційного інтелекту та соціально-психологічної адаптації. Досліджено вплив емоційного інтелекту на успішність соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості. Розроблено та апробовано корекційну програму, спрямовану на розвиток емоційного інтелекту як чинника соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості. Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня емоційного інтелекту. Об'єктом дослідження виступає емоційний інтелект особистості. Предметом дослідження є вплив емоційного інтелекту на соціально-психологічну адаптацію здобувачів освіти професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти в навчальному середовищі. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в розробці теоретичних положень та обґрунтуванні практичних рекомендацій щодо психолого-педагогічного супроводу здобувачів професійної освіти з урахуванням рівня їхнього емоційного інтелекту як чинника соціально-психологічної адаптації. The qualification work is devoted to theoretical analysis and empirical study of the influence of emotional intelligence on the socio-psychological adaptation of applicants for vocational education in the educational environment. The concepts of emotional intelligence and socio-psychological adaptation in modern science are theoretically analyzed. Structural components of emotional intelligence are allocated. The mechanisms and factors of socio-psychological adaptation are clarified. The relationship of emotional intelligence and socio-psychological adaptation is studied. The influence of emotional intelligence on the success of socio-psychological adaptation of personality is investigated. A corrective program aimed at the development of emotional intelligence as a factor of socio-psychological adaptation of the individual has been developed and tested. Recommendations for increasing the level of emotional intelligence have been developed. The object of research is the emotional intelligence of the individual. The subject of the study is the influence of emotional intelligence on the socio-psychological adaptation of applicants for vocational (vocational) education in the educational environment. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations for psychological and pedagogical support of applicants for vocational education, taking into account the level of their emotional intelligence as a factor of socio-psychological adaptation.
