Специфіка емоційного інтелекту у студентів спеціальностей комп'ютерних наук та майбутніх психологів

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному аналізу та емпіричному дослідженню особливостей емоційного інтелекту у студентів спеціальностей комп'ютерних наук та майбутніх психологів. У роботі досліджено теоретичні підходи до розуміння емоційного інтелекту, його структури та компонентів. Проаналізовано чинники розвитку ЕІ в юнацькому віці з урахуванням професійної спрямованості. Емпірично досліджено специфіку емоційного інтелекту в обох групах студентів, виявлено значущі відмінності в його проявах та рівні розвитку. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо цілеспрямованого розвитку емоційного інтелекту для студентів комп'ютерних наук та майбутніх психологів. Об'єктом дослідження виступає емоційний інтелект студентів. Предметом дослідження є специфіка емоційного інтелекту у студентів спеціальностей комп'ютерних наук та майбутніх психологів. Наукова новизна полягає в емпіричному виявленні та обґрунтуванні відмінностей у структурі та рівні емоційного інтелекту у студентів різних фахових напрямків, а також у розробці диференційованих практичних рекомендацій для його розвитку. This qualification work is dedicated to the theoretical analysis and empirical study of the specifics of emotional intelligence in computer science students and future psychologists. The study investigated theoretical approaches to understanding emotional intelligence, its structure, and components. Factors influencing the development of emotional intelligence in adolescence, considering professional orientation, were analyzed. The specifics of emotional intelligence in both student groups were empirically examined, revealing significant differences in its manifestations and development levels. Practical recommendations for the targeted development of emotional intelligence for computer science students and future psychologists were developed. The object of the study is students' emotional intelligence. The subject of the study is the specifics of emotional intelligence in computer science students and future psychologists. The scientific novelty lies in the empirical identification and substantiation of differences in the structure and level of emotional intelligence among students of different professional fields, as well as in the development of differentiated practical recommendations for its development.
