Вебзастосунок для управління волонтерськими ресурсами та взаємодії з благодійними організаціями

Abstract

Об’єктом роботи є система управління волонтерськими ресурсами та взаємодії з благодійними організаціями, її архітектура, функціональні можливості, алгоритми обробки даних, способи інтеграції з іншими сервісами. Предметом роботи є набір технологій та методів розробки вебсистеми, яка дозволяє ефективно керувати волонтерськими ресурсами, взаємодіяти з благодійними організаціями, автоматизувати процеси збору даних, забезпечити комунікацію. Метою цієї роботи є покращення системи управління волонтерськими ресурсами та благодійними організаціями, шляхом розробки вебзастосунку, враховуючи аналіз існуючих проблем даної предметної сфери. В результаті виконання кваліфікаційної роботи проаналізовано предметну область проєкту, що охоплює волонтерську діяльність та роботу благодійних організацій, проведено дослідження волонтерства та благодійництва сьогоденної України, визначено основні функціональні та нефункціональні вимоги, необхідні для реалізації вебзастосунку, підібрано необхідні технології та визначено методи для вирішення поставленої задачі, створено дизайн документ вебзастосунку, визначено необхідні вхідні дані, створено базу даних та налаштовано необхідні зв’язки між таблицями, розроблено вебплатформу для управління волонтерськими ресурсами та взаємодії з благодійними організаціями «HeartUA», проведено тестування створеної системи та визначено шляхи подальшого розвитку вебзастосунку. The relevance of this study is confirmed by the large number of volunteers and the lack of a unified system for managing and communicating charitable activities. Most existing analogs are focused on financial aid, overlooking the presence of a large number of people who can contribute physically or provide material support. Furthermore, modern Ukraine is currently living through a time of war, where volunteer assistance saves lives, provides housing, food, and other basic needs. Therefore, improving the system of volunteer activity and charity is a significant lever in supporting the nation, which once again confirms the importance of this topic for the country's development. The object of the study is a system for managing volunteer resources and interacting with charitable organizations — its architecture, functional capabilities, data processing algorithms, and methods of integration with other services. The subject of the study is a set of technologies and methods for developing a web system that enables efficient management of volunteer resources, interaction with charitable organizations, automation of data collection processes, and provision of communication. The purpose of this study is to improve the system for managing volunteer resources and charitable organizations by developing a web application, taking into account the analysis of existing problems in the given subject area. As a result of this qualification work, the subject area of the project, covering volunteer activities and the work of charitable organizations, has been analyzed. A study of volunteering and charity in modern Ukraine has been conducted. Key functional and non-functional requirements necessary for implementing the web application have been identified. Appropriate technologies and methods for solving the defined problem have been selected. A design document for the web application has been created, required input data identified, a database designed, and the necessary relationships between tables configured. A web platform for managing volunteer resources and interacting with charitable organizations «HeartUA» has been developed. The created system has been tested, and directions for further development of the web application have been defined.
