Abstract

Актуальність роботи зумовлена стрімкою діджиталізацією бізнесу та зростаючими вимогами до ефективного управління IT-проєктами у малому й середньому бізнесі. Сучасний ринок потребує універсальних рішень, які поєднують автоматизацію рутинних процесів, гнучкість налаштувань та інтеграцію штучного інтелекту для аналітики й прогнозування. Серед існуючих платформ (Jira, Trello, Asana) бракує адаптивних open-source систем із впровадженими AI-модулями, що актуалізує розробку власної інформаційної системи для оптимізації роботи команд і підвищення точності планування. Об’єкт роботи — процес управління IT-проєктами. Предмет роботи — програмна система управління IT-проєктами, що реалізує повний цикл управління із використанням сучасних технологій, зокрема ML-модулів для прогнозування термінів і управління ресурсами. Мета роботи — розробка сучасної, гнучкої та захищеної інформаційної системи управління IT-проєктами із вбудованим AI-модулем на базі TensorFlow, інтерактивним інтерфейсом на CustomTkinter, гнучкою базою даних MongoDB та багаторівневою системою аутентифікації і прав доступу. У результаті роботи проведено аналіз ринку існуючих систем, спроєктовано й реалізовано MVP інформаційної системи з можливостями створення й керування індивідуальними та командними проєктами, інтеграцією модуля машинного навчання для прогнозування тривалості задач, системою ролей та захисту даних користувачів. Визначено переваги, обмеження і перспективи розвитку платформи: додавання API, мобільної версії, розширення AI-функціоналу й аналітичних модулів. The relevance of this research is determined by the rapid digitalization of business and the growing demand for effective IT project management tools in small and medium-sized enterprises. The market lacks flexible open-source solutions with integrated AI modules for predictive analytics and resource optimization. This highlights the need for a proprietary information system that can automate routine processes, adapt to diverse team needs, and enhance planning accuracy through machine learning. Object of the research is the process of IT project management. Subject of the research is the software system for IT project management, implementing the full project lifecycle with the application of modern echnologies, particularly machine learning modules for task duration prediction and resource allocation. Aim of the work is to develop a modern, flexible, and secure information system for IT project management with an embedded AI module based on TensorFlow, an interactive interface using CustomTkinter, a flexible MongoDB database, and a multi-level authentication and access rights system. As a result, the work analyzes the market of existing project management solutions, designs and implements an MVP information system with capabilities for creating and managing both individual and team projects, integrates a machine learning module for task duration prediction, and provides a roles and data protection system. The main advantages, limitations, and further development prospects of the platform are identified: adding an API, mobile version, and expanded AI and analytics modules.
