Психологічні особливості матерів, які виховують дітей з РАС

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра досліджено психологічні особливості матерів дітей з РАС та вплив діагнозу дитини на їх психоемоційний стан. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що виховання дитини з РАС створює додаткове емоційне навантаження, підвищує стресову вразливість та потребує кваліфікованої психологічної підтримки. У першому розділі роботи розглянуто особливості материнської ролі та батьківського ставлення жінок, які виховують дітей з РАС. Проаналізовано ціннісні орієнтації, мотиваційні установки та вплив діагнозу дитини на психоемоційний стан матері, включно з емоційним вигоранням, стресом та копінг-стратегіями. Другий розділ присвячено методам емпіричного дослідження психологічних особливостей матерів дітей з РАС та результатам констатувального експерименту щодо цінностей, рівня стресу, емоційного вигорання та копінг-поведінки. У третьому розділі розглянуто етапи та завдання психокорекційної програми для зниження стресу та покращення психоемоційного стану матерів. Проаналізовано результати формувального експерименту та надано практичні рекомендації для психологів і фахівців, що працюють з сім’ями дітей з РАС. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані у наукових розробках з психології батьківства та в практичній роботі психологів, соціальних педагогів і спеціалістів інклюзивної освіти. The master’s thesis investigates the psychological characteristics of mothers raising children with ASD and the impact of the child’s diagnosis on the mother’s psycho-emotional state. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that raising a child with ASD creates additional emotional burden, increases stress vulnerability, and requires qualified psychological support. The first chapter of the work examines the features of maternal roles and parenting attitudes of women raising children with ASD. It analyzes value orientations, motivational attitudes, and the impact of the child’s diagnosis on the mother’s psycho-emotional state, including emotional burnout, stress, and coping strategies. The second chapter is devoted to the methods of empirical research of the psychological characteristics of mothers of children with ASD and the results of the ascertainment experiment regarding values, levels of stress, emotional burnout, and coping behavior. The third chapter considers the stages and objectives of a psychocorrectional program aimed at reducing stress and improving the psycho-emotional state of mothers. The results of the formative experiment are analyzed, and practical recommendations are provided for psychologists and specialists working with families raising children with ASD. The results of the study can be used in further research in the psychology of parenting as well as in the practical work of psychologists, social educators, and inclusive education specialists.
