Комунікація як важливий інструмент взаємодії публічної влади з громадянами

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено науковому обґрунтуванню теоретико-методологічних засад і нормативному аналізу процесу комунікації як інструменту взаємодії публічної влади із громадянами урахуванням в умовах змін. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. В роботі проаналізовано концептуальні засади громадянського суспільства, досліджено роль комунікації у системі функціонування публічних органів влади. Обґрунтувано специфіку процесу комунікації публічної влади з громадянами, охарактеризовано форми, види та функції комунікації у взаємодії публічної влади з громадянами. Обґрунтовано напрями оптимізації процесу комунікації як інструменту взаємодії публічної влади з громадянами, проаналізовано світовий досвід реалізації моделей комунікації публічної влади з громадянами. Кваліфікаційна робота має завершений вигляд, містить висновки та пропозиції, до яких автор прийшов самостійно. The qualification work is devoted to the scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and normative analysis of the communication process as a tool for interaction between public authorities and citizens, taking into account the conditions of change. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of development of the chosen topic; defines the goal and main tasks, object, subject and methods of research; describes scientific novelty; establishes the practical significance of the results obtained; indicates the structure and scope of the work. The work analyzes the conceptual principles of civil society, investigates the role of communication in the system of functioning of public authorities. The specifics of the process of communication between public authorities and citizens are substantiated, the forms, types and functions of communication in the interaction of public authorities with citizens are characterized. The directions of optimizing the communication process as a tool for interaction between public authorities and citizens are substantiated, and the world experience of implementing models of communication between public authorities and citizens is analyzed. The qualification work is completed, contains conclusions and proposals that the author came to independently.
