Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретичних, методологічних основ управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства ТОВ «Нова пошта», проведенню емпіричного аналізу та розробці пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства ТОВ «Нова пошта». В роботі розкрито сутність та концептуальні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Вивчено теоретико-методичні підходи, щодо управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Розглянуто концепції управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Проаналізовано загальну характеристику підприємства ТОВ «Нова пошта». Здійснено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану як складової конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Оцінено системи управління конкурентоспроможністю ТОВ «Нова пошта». Запропоновано сучасні методи та концепції удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможності. Розроблено пропозиції щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ТОВ «Нова пошта». Проведено економічну ефективність запропонованих заходів. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні засади та практичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. The qualification work is devoted to the generalization of the theoretical, methodological foundations of competitiveness management of the enterprise LLC "Nova Poshta", conducting an empirical analysis and developing proposals for increasing the efficiency of competitiveness management of the enterprise LLC "Nova Poshta". The paper reveals the essence and modern concept of the basis of enterprise competitiveness management. Theoretical and methodological approaches to enterprise competitiveness management are studied. Concepts of enterprise competitiveness management are considered. The general characteristics of the enterprise LLC "Nova Poshta" are analyzed. The financial and economic condition as a component of the enterprise competitiveness is analyzed. The competitiveness management system of LLC "Nova Poshta" is evaluated. Modern methods and concepts for improving competitiveness are proposed. Proposals are developed to increase the competitiveness of LLC "Nova Poshta". The economic effectiveness of the proposed measures is assessed. The object of the study is the process of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
