Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена екологічному обґрунтуванню територіального землеустрою. У роботі досліджується важлива проблема сталого розвитку та взаємозв'язку між людською діяльністю і довкіллям. Основною метою дослідження є розробка екологічно обґрунтованої системи землеустрою, яка забезпечує збереження природних ресурсів та екологічний баланс. У роботі проводиться аналіз сучасних підходів до землеустрою та враховується екологічний аспект. Вивчаються принципи екологічного землеустрою, які включають збереження біорізноманіття, охорону водних ресурсів, зменшення негативного впливу виробництва на довкілля та інші екологічні фактори. Також проводиться аналіз конкретного територіального землеустрою з екологічною спрямованістю. Застосовуються методи дослідження, такі як аналіз літературних джерел, збір та аналіз статистичних даних, а також проведення експертних оцінок та інтерв'ю з фахівцями. На основі проведеного дослідження розробляються рекомендації щодо екологічного землеустрою для врахування при плануванні територіального розвитку. Робота має важливе значення для організацій, що займаються землеустроєм та урбаністичним розвитком, оскільки надає конкретні рекомендації щодо збалансованого розвитку, забезпечуючи водночас екологічну стійкість. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для покращення екологічного стану територій, зменшення впливу людської діяльності на довкілля та забезпечення сталого розвитку на земельних ділянках. The thesis is devoted to the ecological justification of territorial land management. The work explores the important problem of sustainable development and the relationship between human activity and the environment. The main goal of the research is the development of an ecologically sound land management system that ensures the preservation of natural resources and ecological balance. The work analyzes modern approaches to land management and takes into account the ecological aspect. The principles of ecological land management are studied, which include the preservation of biodiversity, protection of water resources, reduction of the negative impact of production on the environment and other environmental factors. An analysis of specific territorial land management with an ecological orientation is also carried out. Research methods are used, such as the analysis of literary sources, the collection and analysis of statistical data, as well as conducting expert assessments and interviews with specialists. Based on the conducted research, recommendations on ecological land management are being developed to be taken into account when planning territorial development. The work is important for land and urban development organizations as it provides specific recommendations for balanced development while ensuring environmental sustainability. The obtained results can be used to improve the ecological condition of the territories, reduce the impact of human activity on the environment and ensure sustainable development on land plots.
