Соціальні мережі як інструмент політичної маніпуляції

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто соціальні мережі як інструмент політичної маніпуляції на прикладі політичного середовища України та на практиках застосування технологій політичного маніпулювання у соціальних мережах під час антиурядових виступів в країнах Близького Сходу та під час виборчої кампанії в Південній Кореї. Проаналізовано основні теоретичні підходи до політичного маніпулювання та здійснено дослідження конкретних випадків та практик використання маніпулятивних технологій у соціальних мережах у різних частинах світу. Визначено, що соціальні мережі стали потужним політичним інструментом, здатним впливати на політичну свідомість та поведінку громадян, однак, разом із зростанням їх впливу, з'являються проблеми політичного маніпулювання. Підтверджено, що соціальні мережі є часто використовуваним інструментом інформаційних війн. З’ясовано, що маніпулятори використовують різні стратегії, щоб залучити увагу та орудувати думками користувачів. Наведено приклади методів протидії маніпулятивним технологіям у соціальних мережах. The main theoretical approaches to political manipulation are analyzed, and specific cases and practices of using manipulative technologies in social networks in different parts of the world are investigated. It is determined that social networks have become a powerful political instrument capable of influencing the political consciousness and behavior of citizens. However, with the increasing influence of social networks, problems of political manipulation arise. It is confirmed that social networks are frequently utilized as tools in information warfare. It is revealed that manipulators employ various strategies to attract attention and manipulate the thoughts of users. Examples of methods to counter manipulative technologies in social networks are provided.
