Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню антикризового управління підприємством, вивченню принципів та методів антикризового управління підприємством. У процесі дослідження аналізуються основні причини виникнення кризових ситуацій та їх вплив на діяльність підприємства ТОВ «Агро-Золотий колос». В сучасних нестабільних економічних умовах існує висока імовірність виникнення і розвитку кризи в процесі діяльності будь-якого підприємства. У цілому кризовим для підприємства вважається такий стан, за якого у нього відсутній прибуток, зменшується платоспроможність, а також втрачаються або ж взагалі відсутні стратегічні перспективи розвитку. Усе це зумовлює впровадження на підприємствах особливого виду управління – антикризового. У роботі досліджуються і рекомендуються конкретні шляхи та заходи, які підприємство може впровадити для ефективного антикризового управління. Зокрема, це включає аналіз фінансового стану, оптимізацію бізнес-процесів, пошук нових ринків та клієнтів. Запропоновані заходи раннього виявлення та подолання фінансової кризи є інструментом системи раннього виявлення і подолання кризових явищ, тобто комплексом організаційних, інформаційних, методичних та управлінських процедур, призначених для розробки дієвої антикризової програми, що відповідатиме інтересам ТОВ «Агро-Золотий колос». In today's unstable economic conditions, there is a high probability of the emergence and development of a crisis in the course of the activity of any enterprise. In general, a crisis situation for an enterprise can be considered not only when it has no profit, but also when its solvency decreases, as well as strategic development prospects are lost or absent altogether. All this leads to the introduction of a special type of management at enterprises - anti-crisis management. The work examines and recommends specific ways and measures that the enterprise can take for effective crisis management. In particular, this includes analysis of the financial situation, optimization of business processes, search for new markets and customers. The proposed measures for early detection and overcoming of the financial crisis are a tool of the system of early detection and overcoming of crisis phenomena, i.e. a complex of organizational, informational, methodical and management procedures designed for the development of an effective anti-crisis program that will meet the interests of Agro-Zoloty Kolos LLC.
