Проблематика соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості в ситуації етнічної міграції

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено вивченню та експериментальному дослідженню проблематики соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості в ситуації етнічної міграції. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз і розкрито особливості наукових підходів до вивчення міграції.Визначено основні форми міграції.Акцентовано увагу на успішності соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості в ситуації етнічної міграції. Розроблено програму емпіричного дослідження,підібрано комплекс психодіагностичних методик,спрямованих на дослідження адаптації особистості. Проаналізовано результати діагностики соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості в ситуації етнічної міграції.Запропоновано рекомендації щодо застосування психологічних практик при адаптації. Об’єктом дослідження виступає соціально-психологічна адаптація особистості.Предметом дослідження стали умови успішної соціальнопсихологічної адаптації особистості в ситуації етнічної міграції Наукова новизна полягає в розробленні теоретичних положень щодо адаптації особистості в ситуації етнічної міграції та обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо застосування психологічних практик при адаптації в умовах міграції. The qualification work is devoted to the study and experimental research of the problems of social and psychological adaptation of the individual in the situation of ethnic migration. A theoretical analysis was carried out and the peculiarities of scientific approaches to the study of migration were revealed. The main forms of migration were identified. Attention was focused on the success of the social and psychological adaptation of the individual in the situation of ethnic migration. A program of empirical research has been developed, a set of psychodiagnostic methods has been selected, aimed at the study of personality adaptation. The results of the diagnosis of social and psychological adaptation of the individual in the situation of ethnic migration are analyzed. Recommendations for the application of psychological practices during adaptation are offered. The object of the study is social and psychological adaptation of the individual. The subject of the study was the conditions of successful social and psychological adaptation of the individual in the situation of ethnic migration The scientific novelty consists in the development of theoretical provisions on the adaptation of the individual in the situation of ethnic migration and substantiated recommendations on the application of psychological practices during adaptation in the conditions of migration.
