Роль комунікації як інструменту взаємодії в системі публічних органів влади

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено науково-теоретичному обґрунтуванню ролі комунікації як інструменту взаємодії в системи публічних органів влади. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. На початку роботи проаналізувати стан дослідження комунікації в системі публічних органів влади. Визначено теоретичні аспекти дослідження демократичної моделі як складової системи публічних органів влади. Проананалізовано форми комунікації між суспільством та публічними органами влади. Простежено зміни у сфері нормативного забезпечення, яким регулюється комунікація між суспільством та публічними органами влади. У другій частині роботи представлено модель комунікації як перспективного інструменту взаємодії у системі публічних органів влади. Сформульовано практичні поради щодо впровадження демократичної моделі комунікації в діяльність публічних органів влади. Магістерське дослідження має завершений вигляді, містить висновки та пропозиції, до яких автор прийшов самостійно. The qualification work is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the role of communication as a tool of interaction in the system of public authorities. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of elaboration of the chosen topic; the purpose and main tasks, object, subject and research methods are determined; scientific novelty is described; the practical significance of the obtained results is established; the structure and scope of work are indicated. At the beginning of the work, analyze the state of communication research in the system of public authorities. The theoretical aspects of the study of the democratic model as a component of the system of public authorities are determined. Forms of communication between society and public authorities are analyzed. Changes in the field of regulatory support, which regulate communication between society and public authorities, have been traced. The second part of the work presents a model of communication as a promising tool of interaction in the system of public authorities. Practical advice on the implementation of a democratic model of communication in the activities of public authorities has been formulated. The master's research has a completed form, contains conclusions and proposals, which the author came to independently.
