Система рейтингування зво на основі інтелектуальних методів прийняття рішень

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування рейтингу ЗВО. Предметом дослідження є інтелектуальні методи багатокритерійного прийняття рішень Fuzzy TOPSIS, PROMETHEE та вплив їх параметрів на рейтингування університетів. Метою дослідження є підвищення ефективності рейтингування ЗВО за рахунок використання інтелектуальних методів багатокритерійного прийняття рішень. Пояснювальна записка кваліфікаційної роботи магістра складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та додатків. У вступі визначається актуальність обраної теми, визначається об’єкт дослідження, а також предмет, мета, та встановлюються завдання для досягнення поставленої мети. У першому розділі розглядаються існуючі міжнародні та українські системи рейтингування, проводиться їх аналіз та порівняння. Другий розділ присвячено популярним інтелектуальним методам прийняття рішень, і проводиться їх порівняння. Третій розділ містить опис основних скриптів та програм, які використовувались для розробки системи рейтингування ЗВО на основі інтелектуальних методів прийняття рішень, проводиться тестування розробленої системи, аналіз роботи та отриманих даних. Кваліфікаційна робота магістра містить 111 стор., 9 таблиць, 18 рисунків, 2 додатки, 46 джерел. The object of the research is the processes of university ranking formation. The subject of the study is intellectual methods of multicriteria decision-making, namely Fuzzy TOPSIS, PROMETHEE, and the influence of their parameters on university ranking. The aim of the research is to enhance the efficiency of university ranking by employing intelligent multicriteria decision-making methods. The explanatory note of the master's qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and appendices. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic is defined, the object of the study is identified, along with the subject, aim, and tasks set to achieve the goal. The first chapter explores existing international and Ukrainian ranking systems, conducting their analysis and comparison. The second chapter is dedicated to popular intelligent decision-making methods, providing a comparison of these methods. The third chapter includes a description of the main scripts and programs used for developing a university ranking system based on intelligent decision-making methods. It also involves testing the developed system, analyzing its operation, and presenting the obtained results, including screenshots of the system's functionality. In the conclusions, an analysis of the qualification work and the obtained results is conducted. The overall scope of the work is 111 pages. Thesis contains 2 application, 18 figures, 9 tables and 46 sources in it.
