Історичний шлях України до Європейської інтеграції (1991–2013)

Abstract

Упродовж останніх десятиліть спостерігається великий інтерес громадян України до недавнього минулого та теперішнього шляху України до європейської інтеграції. Європейська інтеграція завжди була однією з найпріоритетніших політичних та економічних цілей для України. Розвиток та робота над шляхом до Європейського Союзу завжди стояла на першому місці для українців. Тому сфера європейських інтересів завжди залишиться актуальною для України. Об’єктом дослідження є європейська інтеграція України. Предметом дослідження є історичний шлях України до європейської інтеграції. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у з’ясуванні на основі всебічного аналізу, узагальнення та критичного осмислення доступних джерел та наукових досліджень історичного шляху України до європейської інтеграції. Для досягнення поставленої мети в кваліфікаційній роботі ставляться такі завдання: − з’ясувати стан наукового вивчення проблеми; − дослідити ступінь репрезентативності та інформативності її джерельної бази; − визначити методологічні основи роботи; − розглянути особливості становлення відносин Україна – ЄС та Угоду про партнерство та співробітництво; − проаналізувати ініціативу ЄС «Східне партнерство»; − вивчити розвиток євроінтеграції України у період з 2007 по 2013 роки; − опрацювати співробітництво Україна – ЄС в економічній та енергетичній сферах. Європейська інтеграція стала для України важливим вектором у зовнішній політиці країни. За весь цей час Україна досягла значних досягнень у встановленні та розвитку відносин з Європейським Союзом. Майбутнє передбачає подальше удосконалення у всіх сферах та продовження співпраці для спільного досягнення стратегічних цілей. Усі ці фактори свідчать про те, що відносини між Україною та ЄС є важливим елементом геополітичного ландшафту та визначаються не лише економічною співпрацею, але і спільними цінностями та бажанням досягти стабільності та процвітання в регіоні. In recent decades, there has been a great interest of Ukrainian citizens in the recent past and the current path of Ukraine to European integration. European integration has always been one of the most priority political and economic goals for Ukraine. Development and work on the path to the European Union have always been in the first place for Ukrainians. Therefore, the sphere of European interests will always remain relevant for Ukraine. The object of the study is the European integration of Ukraine. The subject of the study is Ukraine's historical path to European integration. The purpose of the qualification work is to find out on the basis of a comprehensive analysis, generalization and critical understanding of available sources and scientific studies of the historical path of Ukraine to European integration. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks are set in the qualification work: find out the state of scientific study of the problem; to investigate the degree of representativeness and informativeness of its source base; determine the methodological basis of the work; consider the specifics of the formation of Ukraine-EU relations and the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement; analyze the EU initiative "Eastern Partnership"; to study the development of the European integration of Ukraine in the period from 2007 to 2013; to develop cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the economic and energy spheres. European integration has become an important vector for Ukraine in the country's foreign policy. During all this time, Ukraine has made significant achievements in establishing and developing relations with the European Union. The future involves further improvement in all areas and continued cooperation to jointly achieve strategic goals. All these factors indicate that relations between Ukraine and the EU are an important element of the geopolitical landscape and are defined not only by economic cooperation, but also by shared values and the desire to achieve stability and prosperity in the region.
