Роль інститутів влади у процесі державного управління

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню особливостей створення й розвитку в державі трьох гілок влади, їх характеристика та взаємодія один з одним, а також комунікація органів влади з громадськістю. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність та рівень розробки теми, окреслено мету та основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; зазначено структуру та обсяг роботи. Основна частина дослідження присвячена аналізу зародження ідеї трьовладдя в державі та її розвитку протягом історії України, характеристика кожного інституту влади його функції та завдання, а також їх взаємодії один з одним. Проаналізовано досвід державного управління європейських країн. Було розглянуто основні аспекти покращення комунікативної взаємодії органів влади з громадськістю. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the peculiarities of the creation and development of the three branches of government in the state, their characteristics and interaction with each other, as well as the communication of the authorities with the public. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of development of the topic, outlines the purpose and main tasks, object, subject and research methods; the structure and scope of work are indicated. The main part of the study is devoted to the analysis of the origin of the idea of three powers in the state and its development throughout the history of Ukraine, the characteristics of each power institution, its functions and tasks, as well as their interaction with each other. The experience of public administration of European countries is analyzed. The main aspects of improving the communicative interaction of authorities with the public were considered.
