Інформаційно-психологічні операції в умовах війни

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено роль інформаційно-психологічних операцій (ІПСО) як інструмент гібридної війни, що має значний вплив на свідомість, емоції та поведінку цільової аудиторії в умовах збройного конфлікту. Метою дослідження є комплексний аналіз механізмів, методів та наслідків ІПСО, зокрема в контексті російсько-української війни 2022-2023 років. Об’єктом виступає інформаційна протидія у воєнний час, предметом - інформаційно-психологічні операції в умовах війни. У роботі використано метод аналізу для вивчення термінів та понять інформаційно-психологічної операції, порівняльний метод для зіставлення особливостей методів ІПСО, метод кейс-стаді для вивчення конкретних прикладів реалізації інформаційно-психологічних операцій під час російсько-української війни. Проаналізовано теоретичні основи поняття ІПСО, класифікацію їх форм і методів, зокрема пропаганди, дезінформації, астротерфінгу, гіпертаргетингу та мікротаргетингу. Особливу увагу приділено інформаційним кампаніям під час війни в Україні, визначено приклади впливу на громадську думку та бойовий дух, як в межах країни, так і на міжнародній арені. Розглянуто нормативно-правову базу, інституційні механізми протидії та роль медіаграмотності як елемента інформаційної безпеки. This thesis examines the role of information and psychological operations (IPO) as a tool of hybrid warfare that has a significant impact on the consciousness, emotions, and behavior of the target audience in conditions of armed conflict. The aim of the study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms, methods, and consequences of IPO, particularly in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war of 2022-2023. The object of the study is information counteraction in wartime, and the subject is information and psychological operations in wartime. The work uses the method of analysis to study the terms and concepts of information and psychological operations, the comparative method to compare the features of IPSO methods, and the case study method to study specific examples of the implementation of information and psychological operations during the Russian-Ukrainian war. The theoretical foundations of the concept of IPO, the classification of their forms and methods, in particular propaganda, disinformation, astroturfing, hyper-targeting, and micro-targeting, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to information campaigns during the war in Ukraine, and examples of influence on public opinion and morale, both within the country and on the international arena, are identified. The regulatory and legal framework, institutional mechanisms of counteraction, and the role of media literacy as an element of information security are considered.
