Особливості емоційного інтелекту в студентів

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена - теоретичному аналізу та емпіричному досліджені особливостей емоційного інтелекту в студентів. Досліджено теоретичні передумови вивчення розвитку емоційного інтелекту в студентів; Проаналізовано особистісні чинники емоційного інтелекту студентів. Розглянуто існуючі підходи до дослідження емоційного інтелекту та обґрунтування методики власного дослідження. Емпірично досліджено особистісні чинники емоційного інтелекту студентів. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку емоційного інтелекту студентів. Об'єктом дослідження виступає емоційний інтелект студентської молоді. Предметом дослідження є характерні особливості розвитку й функціонування емоційного інтелекту в контексті студентського життя. Практична значущість полягає в розробці практичних рекомендацій розвитку емоційного інтелекту студентів. Результати досліджень можуть бути використані для вдосконалення навчальних програм, розробки тренінгів з розвитку емоційного інтелекту студентів а також для створення сприятливого психологічного клімату ВНЗ The qualification work is devoted to the theoretical analysis and empirical research of the features of emotional intelligence in students.
