Abstract

Актуальність. Якісне проведення співбесід є найважливішою складовою при відборі кандидатів на відкриті позиції в будь-якій компанії. Саме під час спілкування рекрутера з кандидатом перевіряється відповідність останнього до вказаних вимог у вакансії. В останні роки значно зросла кількість онлайн співбесід. Існуючі рішення часто не дозволяють повною мірою оцінити навички кандидата, що може призводити до втрати здібних працівників. Об’єктом роботи є процес розробки програмного забезпечення для автоматизації планування та проведення співбесід. Предметом роботи є методи та інструменти розробки застосунка для проведення співбесід. Метою роботи є розробка вебзастосунку для вдосконалення процесів проведення співбесід та відбору кандидатів. Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, 4 розділів, висновків та переліку джерел посилання. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, визначено мету, завдання, об’єкт, предмет. У першому розділі проаналізовано предметну область та існуючі аналоги. Другий розділ присвячено огляду стеку технологій та розробці специфікації вимог до програмного забезпечення. У третьому розділі описано процес проєктування системи, наведено діаграми класів, взаємодії та розгортання. У четвертому розділі розглянуто процес кодування модулів кожної групи сутностей та реалізацію відеодзвінків в реальному часі. У висновках проаналізовано виконану роботу та отримані результати. Relevance. Conducting high-quality interviews is the most important component in the selection of candidates for open positions in any company. During the recruiter's communication with the candidate, the latter's suitability to the requirements specified in the vacancy is verified. In recent years, the number of online interviews has increased significantly. Existing solutions often do not provide a complete assessment of a candidate's skills, which can lead to the loss of capable employees. The object of work is the process of developing software to automate the planning and conduct of interviews. The subject of the work is methods and tools for developing an application for conducting interviews. The purpose of the work is to develop a web application to improve the processes of interviewing and selecting candidates. The qualification work consists of an introduction, 4 sections, conclusions and a list of references. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is justified, the purpose, objectives, object, and subject are defined. In the first section, the subject area and existing analogues are analysed. In the second section, an overview of the technology stack and the development of a software requirements specification are presented. In the third section, the system design process is described, including class, interaction, and deployment diagrams. The fourth section describes the process of coding modules for each group of entities and the implementation of real-time video calls. The conclusion analyses the work done and the results obtained.
