Декомунізація та деколонізація в Україні (2013–2024 рр.)

Abstract

Короткий зміст роботи: У дипломній роботі розглянуто процеси декомунізації та деколонізації в Україні в контексті подолання радянської та російської імперської спадщини. Дослідження охоплює період із 2013 по 2024 рр. та присвячене аналізу політичних, культурних і соціальних трансформацій, спрямованих на формування нової української ідентичності. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси декомунізації та деколонізації в Україні. Предметом дослідження є історичний аналіз процесів декомунізації та деколонізації в Україні, їх законодавче, культурне та соціальне втілення, а також вплив на формування національної ідентичності в період з 2013 по 2024 роки. Мета дослідження полягає у всебічному аналізі, узагальненні та критичному осмисленні доступних джерел і наукових праць для визначення основних характеристик процесів декомунізації та деколонізації в Україні, їхніх етапів, механізмів реалізації та впливу на формування національної ідентичності у період з 2013 по 2024 роки. Для досягнення поставленої мети передбачається розв’язати такі завдання:  проаналізувати стан наукового опрацювання проблематики в українській і зарубіжній історіографії;  охарактеризувати джерельну базу дослідження, визначити її репрезентативність, повноту та інформаційну цінність;  обґрунтувати методологічні підходи, що застосовуються при вивченні тематики дослідження;  розглянути процес декомунізації в Україні У період з 2013 по 2021 роки;  охарактеризувати декомунізаційні та деколонізаційні процеси в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення (2022–2024 рр.). У роботі доведено, що декомунізація та деколонізація є не лише адміністративними заходами, а й глибокими культурно-ціннісними процесами, спрямованими на звільнення суспільної свідомості від тоталітарних наративів. Здійснено аналіз законодавчої бази, діяльності Українського інституту національної пам’яті, ініціатив місцевих громад і громадських організацій. Показано, що після 2022 року деколонізація вийшла за межі топонімічних змін, охопивши освіту, культуру, релігію та міжнародну дипломатію, ставши важливою складовою боротьби України за національну незалежність і культурну суб’єктність. Summary of the research: The master’s degree work examines the processes of decommunization and decolonization in Ukraine in the context of overcoming Soviet and Russian imperial legacies. The study covers the period from 2013 to 2024 and focuses on analysing the political, cultural, and social transformations aimed at shaping a new Ukrainian identity. The object of the research is the processes of decommunization and decolonization in Ukraine. The subject of the research is the historical analysis of the processes of decommunization and decolonization in Ukraine, their legislative, cultural, and social implementation, as well as their impact on the formation of national identity in the period from 2013 to 2024. The aim of the research is to comprehensively analyse, summarise, and critically interpret the available sources and scholarly works in order to identify the key characteristics of the processes of decommunization and decolonization in Ukraine, their stages, mechanisms of implementation, and their impact on the formation of national identity during the period from 2013 to 2024. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set:  to analyse the state of scholarly research on the issue in Ukrainian and foreign historiography;  to characterise the source base of the study and determine its representativeness, completeness, and informational value;  to justify the methodological approaches applied in examining the topic of the research;  to examine the process of decommunization in Ukraine during the period from 2013 to 2021;  to describe the processes of decommunization and decolonisation under the conditions of the full-scale invasion (2022–2024). The research demonstrates that decommunization and decolonization are not merely administrative measures but profound cultural and value-based processes aimed at freeing public consciousness from totalitarian narratives. Also, it analyses the legislative framework, the activities of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, and the initiatives of local communities and civil society organisations. It shows that after 2022, decolonization expanded far beyond toponymic changes, encompassing education, culture, religion, and international diplomacy, becoming an essential component of Ukraine’s struggle for national independence and cultural subjectivity.
