Психологічні особливості емоційної сфери матерів дітей із затримкою психічного розвитку

Abstract

Роботу присвячено психологічним особливостям емоційної сфери матерів дітей з затримкою психічного розвитку . Здійснено теоретичний аналіз сучасних психологічних проблем емоційної сфери матерів дітей з затримкою психічного розвитку пов’язаних із щоденними переживаннями. Досліджуючи психологічні особливості емоційного стану матерів дітей з затримкою психічного розвитку узагальнено основні методики. За допомогою відібраних методик здійснено аналіз результатів дослідження. Для подолання емоційного дискомфорту та тривожності у матерів було розроблено комплексну 12-тижневу програму психологічної підтримки, засновану на сучасних наукових підходах. Ключові теми охоплювали усвідомлення власних емоцій, техніки релаксації, подолання тривожності, профілактику емоційного вигорання та формування усвідомлених виховних стратегій. При оцінці ефективності програми виявлено значне зростання емоційного комфорту та майже повне зникнення відчуття повного дискомфорту. Відбулася позитивна зміна емоційного балансу, що свідчить про відновлення внутрішньої гармонії , суттєве зниження високого рівня тривожності та зменшення депресивних станів . The work is devoted to the psychological peculiarities of the emotional sphere of mothers of children with developmental delay. A theoretical analysis of modern psychological problems of the emotional sphere of mothers of children with developmental delay related to daily experiences was carried out. While studying the psychological peculiarities of the emotional state of mothers of children with developmental delay, the main methodologies were generalized. The analysis of the research results was carried out using the selected methodologies. To overcome emotional discomfort and anxiety in mothers, a comprehensive 12-week program of psychological support was developed, based on modern scientific approaches. The key topics covered were awareness of one's own emotions, relaxation techniques, overcoming anxiety, prevention of emotional burnout, and the formation of conscious parenting strategies. When assessing the effectiveness of the program, a significant increase in emotional comfort and the almost complete disappearance of the feeling of complete discomfort were revealed. There was a positive change in emotional balance, which indicates the restoration of internal harmony, a significant reduction in high levels of anxiety, and a decrease in depressive states.
