Особистісні детермінанти конфліктності у сімʼях військовослужбовців у часи війни

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню особистісних детермінант конфліктності у сім’ях військовослужбовців в умовах воєнного стану. У межах дослідження розглядаються психологічні чинники, що зумовлюють виникнення та розвиток конфліктів у родинах, де один із членів бере участь у бойових діях, а також особливості впливу стресу, посттравматичних переживань, емоційної нестабільності та соціально-економічних труднощів на сімейні стосунки. Особлива увага приділяється ролі особистісних характеристик членів родини – рівню емпатії, толерантності, комунікативної компетентності та психологічної зрілості – у процесах подолання конфліктів і відновлення сімейної гармонії. Робота спрямована на визначення психологічних механізмів, що сприяють зниженню конфліктності у сім’ях військовослужбовців та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо їхньої психологічної підтримки й адаптації в умовах воєнного часу. У роботі проведено емпіричне дослідження взаємозв’язку особистісних детермінант конфліктності у сімʼях військовослужбовців у часи війни за допомогою комплексу психодіагностичних методик. Розроблено та апробовано корекційну програму підтримки емоційного здоровʼя та міжособистісної взаємодії військовослужбовців та їх родин. Об’єктом дослідження є конфлікти у сімʼях військовослужбовців. Предметом дослідження виступають особливості особистісних детермінант конфліктності у сімʼях військовослужбовців у часи війни. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у можливості використання отриманих результатів для підвищення ефективності психологічної допомоги сімʼям військовослужбовців у період воєнних дій. Виявлення особистісних детермінант конфліктності дозволяє своєчасно визначати ризики деструктивних стосунків і розробляти індивідуальні стратегії психокорекції та підтримки. Авторська анкета, розроблена в межах дослідження, може стати інструментом первинної діагностики рівня конфліктності та особистісних характеристик членів родин військових, що сприятиме розробці комплексних програм профілактики конфліктів і підтримки сімейної стабільності в умовах воєнного та післявоєнного періоду. The qualification work is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of personal determinants of conflict in military families under martial law. The study examines the psychological factors that cause the emergence and development of conflicts in families where one of the members is involved in combat operations, as well as the peculiarities of the impact of stress, post-traumatic experiences, emotional instability, and socio-economic difficulties on family relationships. Particular attention is paid to the role of personal characteristics of family members—the level of empathy, tolerance, communicative competence, and psychological maturity—in the processes of overcoming conflicts and restoring family harmony. The work aims to identify psychological mechanisms that contribute to reducing conflict in military families and to develop practical recommendations for their psychological support and adaptation in wartime conditions. The work conducts an empirical study of the relationship between personal determinants of conflict in military families during wartime using a set of psychodiagnostic techniques. A corrective program has been developed and tested to support the emotional health and interpersonal interaction of military personnel and their families. The object of the study is conflicts in the families of military personnel. The subject of the study is the characteristics of personal determinants of conflict in the families of military personnel during wartime. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the possibility of using the results obtained to improve the effectiveness of psychological assistance to military families during wartime. Identifying personal determinants of conflict allows for the timely identification of risks of destructive relationships and the development of individual strategies for psychological correction and support. The author's questionnaire, developed as part of the study, can be used as a tool for the initial diagnosis of the level of conflict and personal characteristics of military families, which will contribute to the development of comprehensive programs for conflict prevention and support of family stability in wartime and post-war conditions.
