Психологічні особливості розвитку взаємостосунків у подружжів в умовах війни та невизначеності

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню впливу війни та невизначеності на розвиток взаємостосунків у подружжів. У дослідженні експериментально перевірено психологічні детермінанти розвитку подружніх взаємостосунків та розроблено і апробовано тренінгову програму з гармонізації взаємостосунків для подружніх пар. У роботі розкрито соціально-психологічну сутність сім’ї: типи, моделі, тенденції розвитку, подано психологічну сутність розвитку подружніх взаємин у зарубіжних та вітчизняних дослідженнях, визначено основні аспекти динаміки подружніх взаємостосунків в умовах війни та невизначеності. Експериментальне дослідження психологічних детермінант розвитку взаємостосунків у подружжів показало, що для пар у зрілому віці найбільше значення мають соціальна активність, господарсько-побутова сфера та особистісна ідентифікація. Тренінгова програма містить добірку арт-терапевтичних вправ і технік для сімей, які екологічно і ефективно впливають на психологічний стан і оптимізацію шлюбних взаємостосунків. В тренінгову програму покладено ідеї М. Боуена, В. Сатир, М. Кляйн, С. Мінухіна та інших корифеїв сім’ї. Об’єкт дослідження – подружні взаємостосунки в умовах війни та невизначеності. Предмет дослідження – психологічні детермінанти розвитку подружніх взаємостосунків в умовах війни та невизначеності. The work is devoted to studying the impact of war and uncertainty on the development of marital relationships. The study experimentally tested the psychological determinants of the development of marital relationships and developed and tested a training program for harmonizing relationships for married couples. The paper reveals the socio-psychological essence of the family: types, models, development trends, presents the psychological essence of the development of marital relations in foreign and domestic studies, and identifies the main aspects of the dynamics of marital relations in conditions of war and uncertainty. An experimental study of the psychological determinants of marital relationship development showed that social activity, household matters, and personal identification are most important for mature couples. The training program includes a selection of art therapy exercises and techniques for families that have an ecological and effective impact on psychological well-being and the optimization of marital relationships. The training program is based on the ideas of M. Bowen, V. Satir, M. Klein, S. Minuchin, and other family experts. The object of the study is the psychological determinants of the development of marital relationships. The subject of the study is the impact of war and uncertainty on the development of marital relationships.
